We just had them come and fix/waterproof a hole in the roof that was caused by the installation of a new electrical panel and they were again very responsive, professional and friendly. We engaged this company to clean the gutters of our building–a four level concrete structure with a metal roof. The roof is not easy access, and safety harnesses were required. I was impressed with the professional approach to the business and the great communication from the technicians. The estimates provided were well-done, and the workers were very good about meeting their time commitments. The pictures have been very helpful to educate our strata members about the work that needed to be done and the quality of the completed work. We hired Efficient Roofing & Masonry to resurface our fireplace. Their prices were more reasonable than their competitors and could do it much sooner. The reviews were good and they sent a photo of a similar application which looked beautiful.

Efficient Roofing & Masonry has completed two projects for our Strata. One was repair of a very old low stone retaining wall where the masonry had cracked and very large granite stones had shifted because of pressure from tree roots. The other was a small project where the masonry attaching the cap stones on top of a concrete wall had failed. That involved detaching and reattaching a railing to repair the masonry as well.
They were great to deal with. The costs they quoted were competitive – and much less than some other contractors. The work was completed in a timely manner, they provided updates, and the work was high quality – They are clearly a very experienced professional.
Efficient Roofing & Masonry and its crew did an amazing job taking down our 30ft chimney. It was difficult to access with a neighbour’s new glass awning next to it and really hot weather. He protected all the glass well and very methodically got the whole thing down in one day. Repair was done well and all cleanup done.

Our 20 plus year old roof had leaks along the ridge capping. They did a fantastic job replacing all the capping and making sure the whole roof was leak free. They are meticulous and very quick to return emails and phone calls. They were fantastic to work with.
